Explore how to start a Self Care Journal with Kimmy from Nourish Northern Mamas. 


This is an interactive workshop to help you organise your priorities, schedule in self care breaks and connect to what is truly important to you. It will be a great way to sit, colour in and start an uplifting new hobby.
